I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small but had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower and were spacious and comfortable. However, they felt smaller than expected and not of 4-star quality. The service was fantastic overall, with helpful directions for city tours and stores, but some staff members were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The location was very good, within walking distance to Champs Elysees and surrounded by lovely restaurants and chic boutiques. The dining experience was excellent with fresh and delicious food, although it could have offered more variety.
